My Name Forever

August 19, 2026 

"This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations." Exodus 3:15

God is forever and so is his name.

Fugitives change their names in order to run away from the law. Celebrities change their names in order to be more memorable or intriguing. 

God, on the other hand, has no need to hide from his past, nor sound more intriguing. 

God is God, and his name is forever. He is the same and he is remembered throughout all generations.

God's name will never change because his nature will never change, yet he may change your name because he changes your nature.

Loving Father, I love your name--I love that your name is forever. Increase my appreciation for your name. Make me a testament to your forever name in this generation.
