Registration Fees

Single Registrant Fee: Early registration before January 19th is $125, Regular Fee is $150.
Spouse Fee: $50
Group Registration Fees: $75 per person (spouses $50). Groups of 4 or more may register at a reduced fee. Appoint a group coordinator to collect individual registrations and payments, then submit group registration at one time by mailing to the address below, or online at the link below.

Cancellations
Cancellations made two weeks before a module are entitled to a refund of the registration fee minus a $25 per person processing fee. No refunds are made for cancelations after that time.

Child Care

Please note that child care is not provided.

Audio or Video Recording

No audio or video taping of sessions is allowed. If you would like to order conference CD's or download MP3's, they will be available after each module for purchase on our resources page.
