God’s plan of action is apparent in the success of bringing the College of Prayer International to Washington, DC, as enthusiastic and committed persons have answered His call. Many participants have testified to His call upon their lives through the inspired speakers and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit during this time of worship and prayer, testifying to an Upper Room experience.
