Registration Fees

Single Registrant Fee: $75
Spouse & Children (high school or above only) Fee: $25
Group Registration Fees: If registering a group, please appoint a group coordinator to collect individual registrations and payments, then submit group registration at one time by mailing payment and this form to the address below, or use the link below to register everyone online. Group registration deadline is 10/01/10.

Cancellations
Cancellations made by 10/01/10 are entitled to a refund of the registration fee minus a $15 per person processing fee. No refunds are made for cancellations after that time.

Child Care

Please note that child care is not provided.

Audio or Video Recording

No audio or video taping of sessions is allowed. If you would like to order conference CD's or download MP3's, they will be available after each module for purchase on our resources page.
