Registration Rates
Single Registrant Rates:Early bird rate (until 04/30/10) - $125
Standard rate (from 05/01/10 - 05/17/10) - $155
On-site rate - $165
Spouse Rates:
Early bird rate - $70 (until 04/30/10)
Standard / On-Site rate - $70 (from 05/01/10 - 05/17/10)
Group Registration Rates*:
Single registrant group rate - $95
Spouse group rate - $70
*Groups of 10 or more may register at a reduced rate. However, group registration must be received before the early bird deadline (April 30, 2010). Afterward there will be no group discounts. Appoint a group coordinator to collect individual registrations and payments, then submit group registration at one time by mailing the brochure and payment to the address below, or online at the link below.

Cancellations
Cancellations made two weeks before a module are entitled to a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 per person processing fee. No refunds are made for cancelations after that time.
