Our servant leadership team is first and foremost a team of men and women who love the Lord Jesus Christ, each other, and the people who attend the College of Prayer.  We are committed to leading out of relationship, and by God's grace, to be a leadership team  who strive to demonstrate unity, humility, integrity, transparency, servanthood, and love.  We have all completed the College of Prayer as students/attendees, and are thrilled to be a part of this exciting ministry of "mentoring leaders to reach a lost world through a revived church."

Alfredo & Daisy Gutierrez President Alfredo was born in Cuba and immigrated along with his family to the US in 1973. He has a BA in Bible and Theology with a Pastoral Studies Minor from Toccoa Falls College and an MA in Intercultural Ministries with an Urban Missions emphasis from Wheaton College. Alfredo currently serves as the Director of Church Planting for the Southeastern District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, a denomination he has served with since the 80's.	Chris & Cindy Greaves Dean Chris currently pastors Rainbow Springs Village Church in Dunnellon, FL. He is also active in the community where he volunteers in sports recreation. They have 3 children and have been involved with the College of Prayer for several years.
Joe & Mary Brown Intercessors They have been married for 25 years, and have three daughters, and three grandchildren. Joe is a graduate of Columbia International University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mary is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and is a Registered Nurse. Joe was pastor of the Salem Baptist Church of Dobson, N.C. from 1973-79 and of the First Alliance Church of Tampa, Fl. from 1982-96. In 1996 Joe started Burning Heart Ministries so he could concentrate on teaching about prayer and revival with a vision to bringing revival to the Tampa Bay area.	Bob & Joan Galasso Pastoral Care Bob and Joan spent the first 4 years of ministry with Youth For Christ. They spent 24 years in pastoral ministry with The Christian and Missionary Alliance before starting Alive In Christ Ministries in 2002. Their vision and mission is “Encouraging people in ministry who need to regain their passion and empowerment for Christian service.” They minister around the world as God leads them to share His love, encouragement, and ministry of equipping others to multiply themselves in the lives of others for the Glory of God. The Galasso’s live in Florida.
Ron & Kris Gorsuch Worship Leaders Pastor Ron Gorsuch and his wife Kristy have served at First Assembly of God of Dunnellon since 1996 where Ron is the Associate and Music pastor. They have been married for 10 years and have 2 children. Ron graduated from Southeastern University in 2001 with a bachelor of arts in Youth Ministry.	Rob & Becky Corrick Registrars Rob served 20 years in the military and is currently working for Lockheed-Martin. He is an elder and the adult ministry coordinator at Rainbow Springs Village Church. Becky is the church administrator for Rainbow Springs Village Church. They have been married for 22 years and have two children, one son-in-law, and a wonderful grandson.
