Board of Directors
The College of Prayer International is governed by the following Board of Directors. The Board has the responsibility of caring for the health, growth and purity of the College of Prayer all over the world. This Board looks after finances, prayer-covering and the relational well-being of the College of Prayer International Leadership Team and its members.

Rev. Raymond EbbettVice-Chairman of the BoardRaymond graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in Chemistry (1974) and from Alliance Theological Seminary, Nyack, NY with MPS in Missions (1980). For 11 years Raymond pastored churches in Griffin, GA and Dorado, Puerto Rico. For the past 22 years he has served as a missionary with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Costa Rica, Colombia and is presently serving in Spain where he helped initiate the Madrid campus of the College of Prayer. He is married to Mary Sue (nee) Paul. |

Rev. Fred Hartley, IIIChairman of the Board & PresidentAs President of the College of Prayer International, Fred is our visionary leader. He was mentored by Armin Gesswein, whose ideas and passions helped shape the College of Prayer. Fred is also the Lead Pastor at Lilburn Alliance Church, a church located in metro Atlanta, Georgia where he and his wife Sherry have served since 1988. Fred is the author of thirteen books, several of which are on our Resources page. |

Doris KasoldMember of the BoardDoris Kasold became a member of the Revival Prayer Institute Board of Directors in November 2009. In addition to being a wife and mother, she is an executive at USA Today and oversees the Southeast Circulation, Subscription Marketing and National Customer Service. She is an active, participating member at Lilburn Alliance Church. |

Dr. Cliff McDonaldMember of the BoardCliff came to know Jesus as his Savior out of high school while dealing with his diagnosis and treatment for Hodgkin's disease in which he underwent radiation and chemotherapy. While attending Northwestern University Medical School, Cliff met his wife Lisa. Between his residency and fellowship in Infectious Diseases, they worked for 6 months as short term medical missionaries in rural Taiwan. During this time, they first felt God calling them to adopt children as they cared for Cliff's older sister's son, Spenser, who was born with Down's Syndrome. Cliff and Lisa have now adopted a total of 8 children from Taiwan, Ecuador, China, and Ethiopia. They spent another 18 months in Taiwan during 1999 and 2000 where they worked as tentmaker missionaries. In 2003 they settled in the Atlanta area where Cliff now works for the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. |

Rev. Don YoungMember of the BoardDon Young has been involved with the College of Prayer International since its inception in 1996. He has been a facilitator, Board Member, teacher and now serves as Interim Regional Director for Asia. He and his wife Marlen were part of the organizational team that started Prayer Tents at the Christian and Missionary Alliance (a worldwide denomination) National Conferences. They were missionaries in West Africa for 15 years and have traveled and ministered in more than 35 countries. Revival prayer is their passion and they continue to teach worldwide. |

Tim GoddardMember of the BoardTim is a long time resident of the Atlanta area and holds a Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His fields of research include Materials and Polymer Science, Product Design methodologies, Operations Research and Applied Statistics. He currently serves as the Director of Global Cable development for OFS, an Optical Network equipment solutions company, and in this role travels extensively around the world. Classically trained in the physical sciences, his motivational calling is to answer the question "what is best" in any given situation, and in this work he strives to apply Kingdom principles as a cornerstone to any solution. Tim lives in Newnan Georgia, with his wife Cathy, children Amy and John, and various animals ranging in size from horses to rabbits. |

Elisabeth MastMember of the BoardElisabeth Mast lives with her husband and two boys in Stavanger, Norway. She grew up in Oslo where she studied and became a registered nurse (currently working with the elderly suffering from dementia). In 1987 she moved to West Africa where she lived for 20 years. In addition to her role on our Board, she serves as a member of the Servant Leadership team for the College of Prayer - Stavanger Campus. |

La MuiMember of the BoardAs a refugee, La Heu Mui immigrated to the United States in 1976. By the grace of God, she was given the opportunity to pursue the American dream. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Interior Design. As a restauranteur, wife and new mother, La lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Donny, and daughter, Skyla. |
