About the Board
The Revival Prayer Institute, which oversees the College of Prayer International, is governed by the following Board of Directors. The Board has the responsibility of caring for the health, growth and purity of the COP all over the world. This Board looks after ends, finances, prayer-covering and relational well-being of the COP Management Team and it's leaders.

Tim GoddardMember of the BoardTim is an Engineer by training, and directs an R&D team in developing passive optical components for his industry. He came to know the Lord at an early age, and has found the greatest truths lie not in the realm of science, but are contained in the living Word of God. He enjoys applying the truths of the Gospel in the marketplace and seeing the results God brings. His passion is to mentor young people in finding their destiny in Christ. |

Alfredo E. GutiérrezMember of the BoardAlfredo was born in Cuba and, through political asylum, immigrated along with his family to the US in 1973. He has a BA in Bible and Theology with a Pastoral Studies Minor from Toccoa Falls College and an MA in Intercultural Ministries with an Urban Missions emphasis from Wheaton College. In 2005 Alfredo accepted the call to serve as the Director of Church Planting for the Southeastern District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, a denomination he has served with since the 80's. |

Fred Hartley, IIIMember of the BoardAs President of the College of Prayer International, Fred is our visionary leader. He was mentored by Armin Gesswein, whose ideas and passions helped shape the COP. Fred is also the Lead Pastor at Lilburn Alliance Church, a church located in metro Atlanta, Georgia where he and his wife Sherry have served since 1988. Fred is the author of thirteen books. |

Peter PiferMember of the BoardPeter “Pete” M. Pifer has been a member of Lilburn Alliance Church for four years. He is Chairman and CEO of ETI Software Solutions which he founded in 1992. ETI has been a very successful venture with growth in revenues and profits every year since its inception. He reports that employee turnover and customer complaints are virtually non-existent due to God's presence surrounding the company. Pete is an electrical engineering graduate of Ohio State University and later graduated from Harvard Business School. His hobbies include Barbershop Quartet singing and deep sea fishing with his son and grandson. |

Don MathisMember of the BoardThe Revival Prayer Institute and the College of Prayer International are pleased to announce their newest board member, Don Mathis. Don is the president of a commercial development firm, Capstone, LLC. He has overseen the construction of countless Chick-fil-a restaurants, IHOP, Banana Republic, and numerous other buildings. In the past Don has worked with the development of Microtel Inns, Hawthorne Suites, Ramada Inn, Howard Johnson’s, Days Inn, Popeye’s Chicken, Churches Chicken and Hardee’s. Don and his wife, Cookie, have been members of Lilburn Alliance Church for the past 19 years. Currently, Don is the lead Elder at LAC. RPI and COP are thrilled to have a man of Don’s caliber as a member of our Board of Director. He brings much wisdom and skill to us at this developmental stage. |

Don MullikinMember of the BoardDon Mullikin is an alumnus of the College of Prayer, having attended modules at the Georgia campus since COP's inception. He has traveled to minister with the COP in Norway. He and his wife Linda are members of Lilburn Alliance Church in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. He serves as the prayer leader for Lilburn Alliance Church and has a passion for workplace intercession. Don is a manager for Federal Express and enjoys fishing and hunting. |

Doris KasoldMember of the BoardDoris Kasold became a member of the Revival Prayer Institute Board of Directors in November 2009. In addition to being a wife and mother, she is an executive at USA Today and oversees the Southeast Circulation, Subscription Marketing and National Customer Service. She an active, participating member at Lilburn Alliance Church. |
