Awakening in Niger
Halambare, Niger
God raised up a great awakening in the Region of Halambare through the College of Prayer. It is wonderful to hear what God is doing in the churches of the region and in the private lives of the intercessors.
As of October 19, 2011, the President of the College of Prayer in Niger conducted a working visit to Halambare. He took this opportunity to encourage the Dean of the campus who is encountering violent spiritual struggles because of this revival. "All the pastors attest that the meetings of the College of Prayer have brought great changes in the churches and in the lives of members," said the Dean of the campus at Halambare. Intercessors also attest that many animists have confessed their sins and renounced fetishes. However, those who have renounced the fetishes are pursued by their own brothers. Pastor Hassane Zaku has not been spared from this persecution because of his involvement in this movement of prayer. They need our support in prayer.
