Speakers & Facilitators
Rev. Fred Hartley pastors Lilburn Alliance Church in metro-Atlanta, where he has served for over 25 years. LAC continues to play a vital role in the region in bringing many different nations together in prayer and worship. Fred founded the College of Prayer International in 1997, has ministered all over the world and continues to lead the ministry as our President. A prolific writer, Fred has written over 17 books including Prayer on Fire, God on Fire and his most recent, Church on Fire.
Rev. Jon Mitchell is the Executive Director of the College of Prayer International. He is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration and LeTourneau University where he received his MBA. His education, experience in the business world and longevity with our ministry help him give oversight to our growth and traction to our vision. As a revivalist, he has led hundreds of prayer gatherings around the world. Jon loves spending time with his wife and two little girls. His passion for Alabama football is almost equal to his passion to see lives ignited by the manifest presence of Christ.
As Pioneer Director, Rev. Don Young works closely with our President and Regional Directors to oversee all current and developing campuses. Don and his wife Marlen have been involved with the College of Prayer International since its inception in 1997. He has been a facilitator, Board Member, teacher and Regional Director. The Young's were formerly missionaries in West Africa for 15 years and have traveled and ministered in more than 35 countries.
